Changed my life!

I approached the More than Weight Loss Wellness Centre because I wanted to lose weight; I have done other programs and had sucess losing weight but I could never maintain the weight loss. Cheryl Vlajkov introduced me to Ideal Protein.

The Ideal Protein protocol helped me lose the weight by making it simple, the food is easy to prepare and tastes great!! The results for me have been I've not only taken off the weight but I maintained the weight loss.

One thing that I thrived on was the personal attention that I got from head IP coach Cheryl Vlajkov. I never felt rushed and she always took the time to answer any questions that I had; through the whole process she was full of encouragement and positive reinforcement.
